Is it possible to configure a single pc with a public ip that is connected to an interface that has nat'ed 172. address on it? the public ip side lan is a /28 but i would like to use on of those /28 public addresses on a pc. I realize i could use a 1 to 1 nat but this pc is going to be making an ipsec connection out to the internet and in my experience ipsec doesnt like NAT.

Or that you haven't searched on the forum. You can do this with proxy arp though I haven't tried it on 2.9 yet.
