The product photo shown is 3 chain but technical spec show is Dual chain...
which one is the correct answer???

There are 4 different versions of NetMetal 5 :

NetMetal Dual Chain with miniPCI-e slot (RB922UAGS-5HPacD-NM)
NetMetal Triple Chain with miniPCI-e slot (RB922UAGS-5HPacT-NM)
NetMetal Dual Chain Super High Power 2000mW (RB921UAGS-5SHPacD-NM)
NetMetal Triple Chain Super High Power 2000mW (RB921UAGS-5SHPacT-NM)

My question is for the part number 3x3 (30 db) Miktotik dish, not the routerboard motherboards or electronics.

MikroTik is producing NetMETAL, there is very high demand for this product (demand was much higher that we expected, upcoming batches until December has been booked out by Distributors, call around to see who can offer you best lead times).

There are no any known issues with MANT antenna and NetMETAL, MANT has two chains (and can be used together).

Third chain should be disabled by software. Two chains provide you with ~866 Mbps datarate.

In addition, I can't find mANT30 here in Lebanon, which alternative you recommend to use with Net Metal 5 RB921 Triple Chain.

Contact your distributor and ask for any available triple chain antenna, that might fit your requirements.
