Nstreme Dual & Small Channel

Mon May 22, 2006 6:20 am

We have a large number of P-P links using Mikrotik with Nstreme and 20MHz channel. We are now interested in running Nstreme Dual with small channel size.

Our object is delivering low jitter 4mbps & 10mbps full-duplex circuits (rate limited by L2TP server) in P-P mode while conserving spectrum.

I think that 5MHz or 10MHz channel pairs split between the 5250-5350 and 5750-5850 bands would be ideal for this use.

Since we do not need high bandwidth I expect RB532 to be sufficient.

Is NStreme dual working with small channel size?

Does anyone have comments on this scheme?

Thanks,

Jon
