You will need to play around with the proxy to get it working. Basically have two methods of doing this.
1.) You have two different user profiles in the RB. One of them has "use transparent proxy" enabled and the other doesn't. UserB's access code is tied to the profile that tells it to use the transparent proxy. Set up the appropriate access rules in the proxy.
2)。你有两个维ifferent user profiles in the RB. You use RADIUS, and upon a signing into the network, RADIUS tells the RB to add userB to the address list. You then use a NAT rule to redirect userB's HTTP traffic to the proxy.
The main thing to keep in mind is that the transparent proxy ONLY works with HTTP traffic. So if they go to the secured version of Facebook etc. it will not block them. You would need a more comprehensive solution than what MikroTik offers out of the box.
