How to secure PPPOE network

hi everybody,

kindly, how can i secure my PPPOE network from the program cain & abel , there is someone is stolen my users and passwords

In profiles do not select PAP authentication and also encrypt PPPoE

Use layer 2 isolation wherever possible.
