i have a 2000 sq.ft. office area.

it has false ceiling and around 8 cabins inside and remaining workspace. the cabin walls are not of stone, concrete or bricks. might be some kind of plastic or board material.

i need to wifi the entire office with just one access point.

what mikrotik config would you suggest??

You can't do with just one AP.
It's not only depend on Access Point antenna power but also to client too.

We have Radios which cover more than this area, but the other side is a powerful device too.
e.g two Mikrotik radio not one Mikrotik the other side a notebook.
It's not like a TV antenna because it is a two way communication. "SEND and RECEIVE".

2000 sq ft is not a problem with any AP, that is only 185 square meters or so. It's the number of clients that might give you a problem, or penetration of building material.
