So, I need recommendation on good Wimax AP and possible challenges I may face.

What are you looking for that makes existing products unreasonable? I operate WiMAX products from several different vendors, and can likely offer comments on products you're looking at.

as i know, there is no wimax 'certified' ISM band device, only 3.5 GHz - what's licensed band in most EU countries.
There are manufacturers (like Proxim) who has almost same product line for licensed and unlicensed bands with (almost) all the Wimax features.
Unlicensed band offer 40/20/10/5mhz channel bandwidth, while licensed has 14/7/3.5/1.75 mhz.

Depends on Your target, probably you would like to go with NV2 capable devices (like SXT), or You can choose more expensive technology too.
