I would not risk that if I were you, and would rather try out a RB1100AH when it is shipping...
Even then, you might have to overclock it to 1500 MHz, depending on your Firewall and Queue Setup.

Go with x86,

You have 3 remote site pushing 200mbit each which the RB1100AH might work for depending on how complex your setup is but the main office is going to have 600mbit+ which a RB1100AH wont handle.

Dont ever overclock a core router either, MT ship these unit's with a cpu speed that they feel is most stable, bumping this up is not a good idea

It should do ok, Normis posted the results of the RB1100 and with a loaded setup it it could push ~250-350mbit but even with its CPU increase it's highly doubtful that it would triple it's throughput

Well, the only way for sure is to buy one and test it yourself, cause each and everyone of us use different configuration, in firewall, for example some matchers are very CPU demanding, some almost have no effect on CPU (for example IP header option matching should be instant, cause conntrack is doing that by default anyway) .

And in that topic Normis was referring to specific configuration.

I would still keep my routing/BGP and shaping/firewall configurations of dfferent routers. Cause there is no need to route traffic that you are going to drop anyway. And in case your clients get some virus or something and start spamming your closest router (shaper) - your routing will still be intact.
