when will the missing MPLS features like FastReroute be impletemented in ROS?I wonder why every thing will be started but not finished?I think a fully featured MPLS on MT with an RB1100 is a Cisco-Killer ...

Agreed. MPLS IPv6 support and BGP for label distribution would be nice.

There is also still a severe bug present in the MPLS VRF implementation, that completely cripples the implementation (support ID 2010051766000639). That bug has a 6 month anniversary today.
