Hotspot Manager randomly disables users

我发现太热点经理禁用our hotspot users after a few hours if they are inactive - despite the user having plenty of time left in their account.

Has anyone else noticed this behaviour?

Well I'm still waiting. We have customers who have paid to use the internet and the system is still disabling them - despite having plenty of time left on each account. Its embarrassing!

I've same problem, in log I see "lost dhcp lease" caused, I think, fromBin Active User... can I solve this?

It gets worse - now ALL my user accounts have been disabled, and most of these have not been purchased yet!

What is happening?
