1. v3.27 doesn't support 802.11n cards
2. v3.27 also doesn't support new User Manager
Does this mean laptops connected to APs running ROS 3.27 can't authenticate with UM 4.04b on another router?1. v3.27 doesn't support 802.11n cards
2. v3.27 also doesn't support new User Manager
Much appreciated. We will check your reported issue with user staying active even when the session is closed.
I thought that would be the case but i forgot to mention that even after users have logged in and out repeatedly, the values don't change. I still get:By default profile is started only when the user logs in, only then start time, end time and time left are set. If you specify "Starts at = now" for Profile, then it starts right after assignment.
That would still be acceptable, but its just that it does disconnect them, but they are able to log in again and they have their allotted time still available all over.Anyway, Actual Profile fields are only used for displaying some info in web page. Even if they are not calculated right, they do not affect the usage/disconnection of the user.
Have you assigned any profile to the user?I thought that would be the case but i forgot to mention that even after users have logged in and out repeatedly, the values don't change. I still get:
Start time: No profile
End time: Not set
Time left: 0s
I did not quite understand the problem. You assign multiple profiles to user. And what's wrong with that?I made 4 profile 64kbps 128kbps 256kbps 512kbps of 1year.
if i assign single profile to them then also they get 4-5 different profiles.

I cannot reproduce this error. I installed a setup, where HotSpot uses User Manager, created user with unlimited profile and "Shared Users=1" in UM. Then I can log in/off into/from the HotSpot using my laptop, everything works fine: active sessions appear and disappear as do Active users. Active sessions/users are refreshed only once every 5 minutes in web interface. So, check, if A sessions/users do change, when you log out and log in again into the UM web interface.but its just that it does disconnect them, but they are able to log in again and they have their allotted time still available all over.
I can guess where the problem is. Have you added bunch of users, then deleted some of them, and then created some new ones, which had these multiple profiles? Could be, that old profiles are not deleted from DB and are assigned to the new users.when we add new user we can assign 1 profile only but when i open their user detail i see 4-5 profiles assigned to them.
NOCould you make a backup of UM DB and send it to support at mikrotik dot com with mentioning "Please forward this message to Girts"?
