Problems with PPPoE

Sat May 02, 2009 4:32 pm

I am having some weird troubles with PPPoE testing. I have PPPoE server running along with hotspot on a bridge. I have tested with rstp stp and none with same results. The problem seems to be that in Mikrotik the error is:

bridge1 terminating sessions: interface state changed (what does this mean??)

And the PPPoE session terminates but the windows client that is using the default settings will not disconnect unless manually terminating and reconnecting, but this will happen after only 2-3 mins sometimes less of using the connection making it pretty unusable specially for a commercial product?

I have tested it with windows XP PPPoE clients and raspoet same results on both clients authough raspoet does disconnect the other end when MT disconnects the sessions?

The PPPoE server is allowing all types of authentication and has all other options at default.

Best Regards.

问题是由樟宜机场的桥梁ng mac address. (for example when a port included in bridge goes down or up)
