What is the need of the dude package in the ros?
I have to run the dude (v.2.2) on a PC and downloaded the program from the website. So what do I now need the package for?
I even installed the dude package on a MT-router but although the package list says it is installed and running I see no trace of any dude related command in the winbox or the terminal?
Maybe the package is only the dude server and can only be monitored from remote?
In this case I tried to contact this MT unit's dude by the dude client installed on the PC.
The dude tries to connect but is failed due wrong password. What password?
I use my admin password of the MT unit but that make no difference.
The manual of dude is not clear to me. If I perform what is told I only see a very small portion of my network. Networks several hops away show only 1,2 units while each network has minimal 15. All settings are the same everywhere.
fi谁可以帮助我rst steps to set up the Dude.
I know pretty much of the rest of MT-ros and the routing principle of my fully routed network. But the Dude stays a mystery to me!
Thanks,
Rudy
