The roo's come in two applications (or at least most do).
I've only used the Rootenna's for 900MHz applications and the dimensions below are taken from Pacwireless data sheets for the 900MHz Rootennas. The 2.4 and 5.8 rootennas appear to have a much deeper pouch and should be able to accommodate the RB100's. Check the antenna specs on their website:

It's already too high and that doesn't even include the backing plate and standoffs.
I've been told by an engineer at pacwireless that they're working on a version with a deeper pouch for the 900MHz gear, hopefully it will be out before years end.
After glancing at the specs for the 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz it would appear they can accommodate the RB100 boards just fine. Their pouches are deeper than the 900MHz version. Check the dimensions and do the math prior to purchasing.
Make sure you factor in stand offs, backing plates, and antenna connectors. When using these antenna's you'd be better off to go with U.fl as the MMCX connectors are much bigger.
If you're using 900MHz gear call into pacwireless and tell them to get their *** in gear and get the deeper pouches for 900MHz roo's. These antennas work very well, but the RB100's don't fit!!
