Is the usermanager package included in the new update?

It doesn't look like it. I can't find it seperately on the site either.

Please help.

download all packages file - it includes that file.

You got to the answer before I could...

I have become acustome to looking in both file sets for packages if one is missing...

I would suggest allways downloading both file sets...
