Than I was able to enable interface on CAPsMAN and so far so gut.

Winbox can be easily used on *nix systems. I never said it cannot be. I wrote NATIVE... First try daily manging about 300tiks with windows and afther that the same type of work with winbox throug wine (let's say under ubuntu). If you will find no difference, you have some weird perception problem.

In most cases I don't see ip address.

All mikrotiks around are on the same version, 6.44 stable.
"Discovery interace" is set for "all" on all my devices.
