Re: 2.5Gbps speed on RB5009 not working

Are you sure your 2.5Gbps adapter is working properly? I've seen horror stories with some adapters (Realtek), with poor download or upload speeds. Try checking the adapter first, without getting the RB5009 involved. Then move back to the router. The thing is, I first bought a Realtek adapter and th...

Re: RB4011 random reboots

They insist that the file should be generated without any human interaction. I guess, there will be some differences. Sure there will be differences. The autosupout.rif one should contain the information related to the crash, but if it is not generated, what can you do. What does /system watchdog p...

Re: RB4011 random reboots

There is no way how you could force the system to generate the autosupout.rif, so if it hasn't generated it a single time, it means that it didn't notice any event causing the reboot. So this "semi-automated" supout.rif is the maximum you can provide. It's up to Mikrotik staff to deal wit...

Re: RB4011 random reboots

If the supout file is not generated automatically, generate it manually ASAP after the reboot and send to support that one. Or you may even schedule a script in the scheduler, start-time=startup , to create the supout file as one of the first things to happen after the reboot. Will that be ok? I've...

Hi! I’m also suffering the unexpected reboots! Sometimes after a week, sometimes after a day. It happens even with absolutely no load. It’s so frustrating. A blind shot, a couple of people here on the forum are pretty sure that running the "real" NTP package (i.e. not the SNTP client which is part of the basic bundle, but the ntp package which needs to be installed separately) causes random reboots of hAP ac², which has the same CPU architec...

Re: RB962UiGS-5HacT2HnT (hAP ac) problem with PoE!

嗨。I had a very similar problem to yours. The output of the POE port will be the same as the input of the mikrotik. So if you are plugging 48V to your mikrotik it will output 48V on POE. Recently, I tried to power on my Raspberry Pi with a POE hat, which is also 802.3af. My problem was that the inp...

Hi,

You must use 48V power adapter.
RB4011 comes by default with 24V power adapter.
Thank you, I will try to find a 48V adapter.

RB4011 PoE out to Raspberry PoE HAT

嗨。I have a RB4011. I'm trying to power the Raspberry Pi with the official PoE hat. I have seen that RB4011 has Passive PoE up to 57V on ether10 and the Raspberry Pi PoE hat needs from 36-56V input and it's using 802.3af. Dude should have something like sharding to distribute the loading between few servers.

RouterOS just keeps disapointing me.

You should use OSPF to route your public IPs to the proper PPPoE server as well. In OSPF terms, your goal is to configure the...
