Where would I start to look for routing loops? I dont have anything in log files that would indicate routing loop. Is there certain log files I can turn on to show this?It means TTL reached 0 during transit, look for routing loops, etc

Any ideas what the heck is causing it Dave??I have the same issue. It has gotten to the point that I have a script on every router to kill the IPSec connections and flush the SA's, at the same time on both ends.
