just install V2rayN in windows client
then in settings > basic settings: tick the "Allow Connection From the LAN" box.
ports 1090 & 1091 will open to use for other clients in local network access.

i Banned Access from all IPs outside my Country using ip list and firewall rule
so Cloud and Packages Upgrades cant run because Mikrotik Servers are not in my country
have you mikrotik Ip lists for Cloud and Packages?

I will say Mikrotik offers something that UBNT cannot and that is you can customize antenna build,

I also prefer Mikrotik
But in some cases UBNT has something that Mikrotik cant offer
