No limit for HDD, but 2GB limit for RAM for X86.

Unlimited RAM only on Cloud Core Router.

Next time can we receive ROS for X86, which support unlimited RAM ?

Depends what hardware are you using. Would only recommend Hard disk as a web cache due to the amount of disk access, You also need powerful router, to be honest an X86 machine with good spec and a couple of quality Hard disks is the only real option for a Web proxy for more than a handful of users....
