再保险:SFP模块非常热

Just want to share my chassis mod to keep my CRS317 cool and quiet with just a 140mm Noctua fan: CRS317 140MM Fan mod.JPG I CNC milled a replacement cover out from a solid plastic block. In room temperature of 30 degree C, the temperatures of 2x S+RJ10 modules (installed side by side) are kept at 75...

Re: S+RJ10 Revisions

I can confirm my S+RJ10 module (R2 18/12/06 shown on label and R2.11 shown on SFP tab in ROS) allows jumbo frame of 9000 at link speed of 2.5Gbps.

v6.42rc [release candidate] is released!

I bricked my CCR1036-8G-2S+ too after flashing rc24 - it got stuck at "Starting services" - tried resetting configurations but nothing works. I managed to force etherboot via serial console but bootp kept trying to connect PC to the router (port 8 ) without success so netinstall failed too...

Re: v6.35rc [release candidate] is released, new wireless package!

I tried both 6.35r44 and r45 on my ccr1036 and crs226. Here were the combinations of problems: 6.35r44: 1. On CCRr1036 - it messed up the MTU and L2MTU values for both SFP+ ports and broke both SFP+ links. The worst of all, neither Winbox nor console was able to restore the original L2MTU values. 2....

Re: v6.35rc [release candidate] is released, new wireless package!

There is a serious bug introduced in rc44 for my CCR1036. After upgrade reboot, the L2MTU values for both sfp+ ports changed to 1580 from their original values of 9014. To make matter worse, neither Winbox nor console allows you to change the L2MTU back to their original values.

Re: RouterOS v6.28 released

I have the same problem as leandrobianchin except my CRS-226 just has a 10GBE uplink to the CCR1036 via SFP+. The uplink also serves as the master of the entire CRS. The CCR has been running ok on 6.28 and 6.29rc10 but SFP+ on CRS has been a frequent problem after 6.27. So far I've found the relativ...

CLOUD CORE ROUTER

I had the same problem of "rebooted without proper shutdown" too experienced by jager. I caught this live while I was in a remote Winbox session. Funny thing was it wasn't a real reboot as connection wasn't broken.
