BGP routes recursively resolved on ECMP routes will also be ECMP, see here:

Feature where BGP creates multipath routes (BGP multipath) is not implemented at the moment.
Any idea when this will be enabled?

I don't think it's the encryption. Check other servers in your area on speedify. On my 2 links, totalling 3gb, I can never get about 650mb... the server has other users. That's the dedicated option.

Re: routing traffic over VPN, making sure no leaks

Thanks for the reply. I have tried that, but there still seems to be traffic "leaking" out and using non VPN connections... mind you, it could be existing connections which have "leaked" and are not reconnected, so i will leave it for a few hours and see what happens... Thanks ag...

routing traffic over VPN, making sure no leaks

Good morning all. I have a few machines in the house which should be connecting to the internet only though a VPN. Originally, i set the VPN connection on them and blocked all outgoing traffic, except for connections to the VPN server. this worked well, but only for 1 machine (my VPN provider only a...

Transparent Proxy working for HTTP, not for HTTPS

morning all. trying to get a transparent proxy working on my RB750G with RouterOS 6.0rc1, and HTTP works grand, but HTTPS not so much... I have a proxy internally (192.168.0.102, 3128 running Squid). RouterOS (192.168.0.250) is set to redirect all port 80 traffic to the 8080 on the RouterBoard, exce...

Re: PCC load balancing with dynamic IP addresses

*confused...*

The router has a static IP (internal facing... 192.168.0.250) and 2 public IPs (WAN1 and WAN2) which are DHCP assigned by the DHCP server in my cable company...

The gateway i am looking for is on WAN1 or WAN2, which is used by RouterOS for load balancing...

Re: PCC load balancing with dynamic IP addresses

at the moment, i discover the IPs by logging into the router, going to the addresses tab and looking for the IPs. i then copy and paste them into the correct location... no automation... that's what i am looking for! i am fairly new to all this routerOS stuff, so any help would be, well, helpful!:)

the connections are cable modem, and both IPs are "given" to the RouterBoard. it has 2 public IP addresses. I tried setting the default router to WAN1 and WAN2, but with no luck... only when i set the default routers to the IPs of the gateways on the WAN will it work... but i am still havi...

So, i have managed to fix this issue, by doing the following: / ip route add dst-address=0.0.0.0/0 gateway= routing-mark=to_WAN1 check-gateway=ping add dst-address=0.0.0.0/0 gateway= routing-mark=to_WAN2 check-gateway=ping add dst-address=0.0.0.0/0 gateway= distance=1 check-g...

Ok, so, hopefully everything here is needed... I removed a few bits and pieces... IP addresses are DHPC, so is WAN1 and WAN2 router settings. / ip firewall mangle add chain=prerouting in-interface=WAN1 connection-mark=no-mark action=mark-connection new-connection-mark=WAN1_conn add chain=prerouting ...

PCC load balancing with dynamic IP addresses

早上。This morning i found a bit of a hack for my cable modem, which allowed me to use it in proper Bridged mode... previously, i had to give it an internal static ip, turn off the firewall and wifi, and enable DMZ. then point the DMZ to my RB750G. Anyway, i have done this for 2 modems, and t...

Sending traffic for one Dest to one WAN port

Good morning. I have an RB750 with 2 Cable modems plugged into it. I am using PCC to do "load balancing" between these 2 connections, using the "both addresses and ports" option, which seems to work well for most things. But i have an issue with a couple of sites... Our College V...

Re: Will RouterOS be able to cope with fully realized IPv6?

要在这里玩鬼主…可以忽略the power consumption and heat issues, but talk about distances and number of machines... 13 port router -> 13 48 port switches which each connect to 48 switches, and again the next level... assuming you have 1 WAN uplink on the router, this would gi...
