Re: 6.21rc22 to trigger kernel panic?

Ok, we will have to wait until after hours again to repeat this exercise. There is only 60 seconds between crashes so I need to try to capture everything fast, upload the stable version and downgrade. I will try and email support when done.

6.21rc22 to trigger kernel panic?

I upgraded a CCR from 6.13 to 6.21rc22 and the router started rebooting on its own every minute. Was able to see in the logs that the router rebooted itself due to a kernel error but had to quickly go back to a stable version (now 6.20) as it was a production router.

Copy only one ip firewall address list

I'm trying to copy only one ip firewall address list from one router to another, but ip firewall adress-list export does not allow me to export only a portion. It exports everything. Anyway to export only one list?

graphing disk utilization

When we check the button 'Store on Disk' in the graphing option, I am wondering if there is some limit and auto clean up that the system does, so that the graphs don't consume the entire disk after awhile? Or do we need to do the clean up ourselves with some script. If we need to do it, how do we cl...

Re: CCR1036 problems

Was there any follow up to this? We are passing 300mbit on a CCR with 6.10 and getting many reports about SSL timing out, etc. No issues with our x86 routers on a different network passing the same amount.

Re: CLOUD CORE ROUTER

We are still having issues on CCR1016 with 6.7. It is MUCH worse than 6.5 ever was. The CCR on 6.7 is now regularly rebooting on the watchdog timer. Our config is very basic, 2 ports set to the default Gigabit/AUTO and ether4 set to 100Mbit/FDX. On 6.5 it is stable but the 100/FDX port will randoml...

Re: CLOUD CORE ROUTER

Actually this happens to us on the x86 RouterMax. We run the latest firmware and ever since we got these, and if you change an IP or disconnect a device and connect it again, it won't re-establish layer 3 and only a reboot will fix it. OSPF can take a few minutes to re-distribute. The port flapping ...

Honzam, We only have CC on our backbone so I'm not sure I should test with 6.7 I am planning on taking one of the back-hauls down, allowing the primary to go over 300Mbit and see if it flaps with the LCD off. Problem is we can only "test" during peak hours as off hours the traffic is below...

Re: CLOUD CORE ROUTER

Using firmware 6.6 on a CC and it's still flapping. We disabled LCD and SNMP and it's a bit better. What we noticed is that these conditions will cause flaps: 1. Over 20,000 pps per interface 2. Over 300mbit per interface 3. SNMP 4. OSPF changes It's almost like there is a capacity limit that is eit...

Same here. As soon as we cross 300mbit, it starts to flap non stop. Does not happen on x86 platform. Using 6.6 and it is worse than 6.5.

We have an RB493G router with 6.2 on it right now. Somewhere along the road something happened to it and anytime we bring up the DHCP server window, winbox crashes. By the way normis, at every client now we have a RB, usually 750UP behind the wireless CPE and in-front of their router. Thank you. Re: auto redirect home page to /graphs

Well, our situation is slightly different. We are using a board in bridge mode infront of every customers.

So while we can capture the customer now and redirect them to the /graphs of the bridge ahead of their network, it's not easy to mask the IP and make it friendly.

Is there a way to auto redirect users that go to the router local address, to the /graphs directory? And further is there a way to customize the look of that page?

I know it's probably so obvious but I looked around and could not find the answer. Let's say I have 10 PCQ queues.
