Absolutely nothing from Mikrotik that I can see besides that nonsensical one liner in the changelog. Comments from the community so far haven't had an official response yet, unfortunately.

Highly disappointing about CAKE. Feels like the recent change is perhaps lazy, not thought through or both. A massive step back. It was working fine in my queue tree, now I can't specify different ingress and egress rates if I upgrade.
