After upgrade from 6.48.6 to 7.1.1 on x86 server and rb18 (8 minipci cards) with level 5 license and extra-channels I can't set any frequency. Downgrade to v6 doesn't help. There is just "auto" frequency and I get "no supported channel" error.

The problem with rebooting is connected with Queues. Spent 7 hours with that! :-( Simple rules are broken and causing problems. Tested on CCR1036 r1.
