使用Phisycal接口,里面VLAN

I have RB750 v6.34. I activate VLAN on ether5 with id 10.
Could it possible to use ether5 phisycally when VLAN attached? (eg. DHCP on ether5, PPPoE on ether5 and anything involving layer 2 protocol)
